Terms and Conditions
Bookings made through Pacific 7 Limited represent a contract negotiated between the Hotel and the Client.
In the event of a non arrival or late cancellation the client may be liable to cancellation charges at the discretion of the Hotel.
Guest’s accounts must be settled on departure unless credit facilities have been agreed by the Hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies of hotels can vary,
therefore Pacific 7 should be notified immediately. A cancellation reference
will be issued which will need to be quoted in any future correspondence
concerning any charges. Written confirmation of the cancellation will
follow.
Amendment
Changes to reservations need to be notified to Pacific 7 Ltd as early as possible particularly concerning any change to the arrival date which could constitute a cancellation. Written confirmation of amendments will follow.
Liability
It is understood that the client will accept responsibility for all legitimate charges made by the hotel regarding their bookings. Reservations are made in good faith, but Pacific 7 cannot be held responsible for the failure of the hotel, or client, to honour reservations wholly or in part.
The published rates may not be applicable during major events. Room rates quoted on reservations are correct at the time of confirmation. Pacific 7 cannot be held liable if the hotel rate increases prior to the date of arrival.
